When I was a little girl, I use to love pinwheels. My Uncle always gave me and my sisters pinwheels at easter time. Tonight, as a "trial" run of a project I want to do tomorrow after work, I tried making a smaller one, which I then decided to make a spinner card of for an exchange I'm in.
Of course after I got all seven of them made, I realized the error I made. You can't tell by looking at them, but I left out a step. Obviously a step that does not effect the function of the card, but a step all the same. Instead of using a pc of white cardstock under the patterned pc to give it more stability and then adhering it with dimensionals to the brown cardstock, I left it out. oops! It still "spins" fine and all that jazz, but now I wish I'd done it correctly.
Cardstock: Berry Bliss DSP, Pretty in Pink, Close to Cocoa. Stamps: She's all that. Other: Word Window Punch, Flower Punch, pink rhinestone brad.
